Ordering From Us

Okay…we’ve spent a lot of time trying to make this whole process as painless as possible… so here goes:

Firstly, you don’t need to open an account with us now – you can still place an order without one. However, having an account enables you to keep track of your order and ascertain its whereabouts in the receiving/packing/sending process. Simply fill out the form in My Account, at the top right hand corner of the site.

Secondly, our checkout system will now recognise if GST needs to be charged, when you add your address details. Simply put, if you want it delivered to an Australian address, GST will be charged at the invoicing stage.

Now here’s where it may get confusing. When you place your order, you will be sent an invoice. This is automatic and is a process of our website. This invoice will not include postage. Wait for an invoice with the total, including postage, this will take another 48 hours to be sent to you. We need this time to pick and pack your order and get a postage cost on it. We will then send you an invoice for the total amount, which, once paid, will release your order to Australia Post…and off it goes!

If preferred, arrangements can be made to pick up your order in person, at our Sydney office, if that suits.

For foreign orders, there is no GST charged. This will be reflected in your invoice.
